In legal practice, she values clarity, integrity and fidelity to truth rather than winning at any cost. She believes in disciplined preparation, compassion in client relationships, the courage to decline a matter that should not be pursued, and the importance of an advocate's word carrying the same weight in and out of court. She understands her guiding maxim as ‘justice delayed is justice denied’ and adds that delay is often a denial to the person who dared to hope. That belief informs an approach grounded in urgency, humanity and conviction.
