Public articles, section mappings, court fee estimates, document formats, checklists and product explanations are provided for general information and drafting assistance. They are not an opinion on your facts, limitation period, forum, maintainability, cause of action, evidence, strategy or likely outcome.

Concordance tools identify references drawn from stated correspondence sources. A correspondence table is not a statutory instrument and cannot show every textual or legal change. The applicable provision can depend on the date of conduct, filing date, procedural stage, savings clause and later amendment. Read the current bare act and relevant authority before relying on a mapped section.

Court fee results are estimates from the selected category, venue and values you enter. A result may exclude additional reliefs, process fees, welfare stamps, copying charges, valuation disputes, registry objections or later changes in law and practice.

Document formats are starting drafts. Adapt the parties, facts, reliefs, annexures, verification, stamps, attestation and filing requirements to the matter and the current practice of the relevant court or registry.

Cause-list matching, hearing reminders, WhatsApp messages, calendar events and case-status information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because source websites, network services, user data and automated matching can fail. Do not use a notification as the sole method of checking a listing, hearing, limitation period or filing deadline. Verify against the official court source and your professional records.

AI-assisted drafts, summaries, research responses and extracted information can contain omissions, incorrect citations, outdated law or invented statements. Treat every output as a draft. A practising advocate must check the facts, law, authorities, quotations, calculations and requested relief before the output is filed, signed, sent or relied upon.

A contributor credit records authorship or preparation of the named material. A reviewer credit applies only to the specific page or document that carries it and only as at the displayed review date. Neither credit means that the advocate represents the reader, endorses every AdvocEasy feature, guarantees acceptance by a court, or has reviewed later user changes. Draft reviewer profiles are not presented as complete professional biographies.

Contributor and reviewer names and profiles are displayed to explain authorship and review responsibility for published material. They are not advertisements for legal services or invitations to instruct a named advocate. The site does not publish claims of specialisation, success rates or case outcomes for contributors or reviewers.

External statutes, rules, court pages and reference documents can change, move or become unavailable. A link does not imply control or endorsement. Source and update dates show when AdvocEasy last checked the material, not that no later change exists.
